on the day of your hire
The collection time on the first day of your hire is 3PM onwards. The return time on the last day of your hire is 11AM. We can be flexible with these times if we do not have any back to back bookings. If you require extended times please contact us prior to your hire.
On the day of your hire you will be required to bring your driving license as this must be photocopied for insurance purposes. You will also need to bring proof of address, these documents must be less than 90 days old. Two different proofs of address are required; 1x primary and 1x secondary or 2x secondary. The image on the left lists the different types of documents that can be used.
The security deposit must be made via bank transfer/ PayPal etc prior to starting the hire.
The collection address is provided within your invoice. On the day of your hire we will carry out a handover where we will show you all of the features of the motorhome and make sure you are familiar with how to use everything. Within the motorhome is a manual and contact numbers if you need any advice whilst out on your holiday. We will complete a document to identify any damage prior to hire with the hirer. You are then ready to start your holiday!
